About me

I am a strategy & customer insight specialist who has supported global therapy area leads on consolidation & integration of customer insight - helping to guide customer centric strategy.  My experience as brand strategy consultant has been shaped by in house brand leadership (Novartis, Sanofi, Boehringer-Ingelheim) & agency experience (campaign & planning strategist, Novartis global business services).  I have supported brand teams to launch priority brands & re-ignite mature brands.  I have developed & executed omni-channel plans for multiple companies (with various levels of digital infrastructure) & brand scenarios (launch, mature & generic brands).  Having worked closely with multiple cross-functional teams, across different companies, I understand the importance of working in a way that is right for the team, based on where they are in their journey towards success.
